We also facilitate cardholder know your customer (KYC) and compliance management and project bank account opening. White label branding is included for cards, collateral material and CMS websites.

Specifically we implement a six point strategy in seeing a new card program through from start to finish:

  1. Identify Client Requirements and advise on suitable products (ATM only, debit, credit, prepaid, premium etc)

  2. Collect Due Diligence Information and obtain approval in principle from the proposed card issuing bank.

  3. Agree and sign detailed agreement with our Client

  4. Arrange full written program approval (usually including Corporate Bank Account) for our Client with the Issuing bank.

  5. Oversee design and set-up of card program (including website, card carriers, cardholder KYC etc)

  6. Day-to-day management through our Quality Assurance system to ensure smooth running of the Program.
